What you will do

• Directly contribute to the hirify.global codebase as part of a product team building AI agents.
• Develop and evolve customer-facing AI agents and agentic workflows powered by LLMs.
• Create product experiences combining fullstack engineering, AI capabilities, and security context.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, infrastructure, product, and design teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Identify and communicate technical improvements in your area.
• Participate in cross-team initiatives and shape AI agent integration into the platform.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript and strong expertise in React, Vue.js, or similar frontend stack.
• Experience in backend development with Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, .NET, or similar.
• Interest in AI-powered products, agentic experiences, LLM-based workflows, or model-driven applications.
• Experience with fast-scaling and complex systems.
• Product mindset, strong customer orientation, and drive for impact.
