What you will do

• Design and build an internal agentic framework using tools like LangChain, LangSmith, and ADK.
• Develop evaluation and quality systems for AI agents, including regression detection and experimentation infrastructure.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and safety guardrails for tracing, logging, and cost tracking.
• Create APIs, SDKs, and abstractions to enable product teams to build and operate agents efficiently.
• Build the agent runtime and execution engine for orchestration, memory management, and state handling.
• Design cross-language integrations between Python and Java ecosystems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience with strong system design expertise.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade agentic systems involving orchestration, tool usage, and memory.
• High proficiency in Python and familiarity with Java for platform integration.
• Deep understanding of AI evaluation methodologies and prompt evaluation.
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable microservices architectures.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Tel Aviv.
