What you will do

• Build and maintain a shared integration and automation infrastructure layer that connects internal systems and exposes them to AI safely.
• Develop internal tools, AI agents, and LLM-powered workflows for triage, provisioning, document processing, and reporting.
• Implement integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Slack, and Okta.
• Utilize a hybrid approach of custom code (Python/JS) and low-code/iPaaS tools to deliver pragmatic, maintainable solutions.
• Own the full development lifecycle from design and implementation to production support and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in integrations, business systems (MIS), or systems engineering within SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js/TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and AI-to-system integration standards like MCP.
• Practical experience building production-ready AI-powered workflows, agents, or RAG systems.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make, Tray) and enterprise IAM/security standards (OAuth, SOC 2, GDPR).
• Must be based in Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience building or operating internal AI/integration platforms used by multiple teams.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures or data pipelines.
• Relevant professional certifications in Okta, Salesforce, or Workato.
