What you will do
- Own the full RFP/RFQ/RFI process from opportunity assessment and prospect research through proposal development, presentation, and transition to delivery.
- Lead bid qualification with Sales and Presales teams and act as the main point of contact for proposal preparation.
- Identify RFP risks, coordinate mitigation, and develop winning proposal strategies aligned with client needs.
- Analyze RFP requirements, create compliance matrices, and write executive summaries and custom materials.
- Oversee proposal development for clarity, consistency, and strong visuals; collaborate with SMEs to produce accurate responses.
- Track RFP responses, maintain records and a proposal resource library, and refine materials using feedback and win/loss analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in proposal development, bid management, and RFP processes.
- Experience in software development with a strong understanding of SDLC.
- Strong knowledge of the business development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to create and convey value propositions.
- Ability to build rapport with different buyer personas and ICPs.
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ required
Nice to have
- Sales experience and understanding of sales processes.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Technical background and familiarity with the IT industry.
