What you will do

• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
• Manage project scope and product backlogs using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Lead discovery meetings and refinement sessions to define tasks and effort estimates.
• Collaborate with development teams on solution architecture and design to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Report progress to clients and propose strategic approaches to achieve business goals.
• Mentor and assist other team members in developing their professional skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and scope management.
• Strong proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
• Advanced/fluent English proficiency for direct client communication.
• Spanish language skills are mandatory.
• Must be based in Colombia.
