What you will do

• Analyze benefit plan documents to build benefit categories and adjudication rules for claims processing.
• Review member accumulators and load benefit logic into member and group records.
• Evaluate claims and benefit issues while interpreting plan policies.
• Manage daily configuration inventory queues and complete audits for group and plan builds.
• Support cross-functional teams during implementations and renewals.
• Monitor and respond to team mailboxes to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in claims processing, benefit configuration, or related healthcare operations.
• Knowledge and experience with level-funded plan designs.
• Understanding of benefit plans, accumulators, and basic adjudication concepts.
• Ability to set priorities, manage time, and work independently.
• Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with claims processing systems, particularly Javelina.
• Understanding of CPT/HCPCS coding systems and claim payment logic.
• Previous startup company experience.
