Salary: $140,000–$180,000 + target equity

What you will do

• Drive growth by testing and validating new acquisition channels, retention strategies, and operational experiments.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and tools that multiply team capacity and eliminate low-judgment work.
• Identify and solve operational gaps and inefficiencies within aligned functional departments.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional projects from initial concept through launch.
• Build analytical infrastructure for clean experiment design, performance reporting, and data-driven strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company.
• Proven track record of building and shipping AI-powered systems that changed how a team or function operates.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, forming hypotheses and iterating based on results.
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across functions without direct authority.
