What you will do

• Drive the global rollout of GTM initiatives and build scalable programs adapted for local markets.
• Define and build repeatable operating playbooks for launches, vertical programs, and operational changes.
• Own and run GTM programs end-to-end, aligning Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Orchestrate collaboration across Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams.
• Create high-quality field content and AI-native workflows, including messaging hubs and e-learning pathways.
• Track adoption and pipeline generation to iterate programs based on data and field signals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Programs, Sales Ops, Enablement, or Sales Leadership.
• Experience operating in high-growth SaaS or platform environments with complex GTM motions.
• Must be based in New York or be able to relocate there.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional GTM rollouts and manage change in field selling motions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust quickly with senior leadership.
• Strong technical and product instincts to translate product changes into field-ready motions.

• Direct experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, or field enablement sessions.
• Experience using AI tools to build workflows for learning programs or GTM productivity.
