What you will do

• Lead, plan, and coordinate AI program and project work across multiple departments to meet milestones and align deliverables with strategic goals.
• Partner with operations to identify workflow modernization opportunities and implement AI-driven process re-engineering.
• Design and deliver MVP solutions quickly, running multiple rapid iteration and testing cycles per day.
• Act as a liaison between operations, AI engineering, and AI Program Management to ensure clear, consistent cross-functional communication.
• Proactively solve problems by analyzing root causes and proposing solutions aligned with immediate needs and long-term objectives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in strategy and operations roles, ideally in strategy consulting, digital marketing, AI technology, or an internet-focused environment.
• Familiarity with available AI technologies and the ability to creatively apply them to critical workflows.
• Strong data analysis skills, including creating and interpreting complex spreadsheets to drive decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools and presentation software.
• Ability to think critically and strategically—evaluate opportunities and risks and develop short- and long-term strategies.

Nice to have

• Background in digital marketing, legal, health, or technology sectors.
• AI development and testing experience.
• Advanced Excel and/or BI skills.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications.
