What you will do

• Lead, plan, and coordinate projects across multiple departments, aligning milestones and deliverables with strategic goals.
• Partner with operations to identify workflow modernization opportunities and implement AI-driven automation and process re-engineering.
• Design and launch MVP solutions with rapid iteration, testing, and multiple development cycles per day.
• Coordinate communication among operations leadership, AI engineers, and AI program management stakeholders.
• Analyze root causes, resolve project challenges, and propose solutions supporting immediate and long-term objectives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in strategy and operations roles, ideally in strategy consulting, digital marketing, AI technology, or internet-focused environments.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and the ability to apply them creatively to critical workflows.
• Proficiency in data analysis, complex spreadsheets, project management tools, and presentation software.
• Strong communication, organization, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Background in digital marketing, legal, health, or technology sectors.
• AI development and testing experience.
• Advanced Excel or BI skills.
• PMP, Agile, or another project management certification.
