TL;DR

HR Generalist (Employee Relations & Training): Coordinating employee training programs and managing employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture with an accent on policy compliance and conflict resolution. Focus on maintaining accurate HR documentation, facilitating effective communication between staff and management, and supporting the full employee lifecycle.

Location: Remote. Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles, CA).

What you will do

  • Manage and schedule employee training programs, tracking certifications and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and various HR administrative projects.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and best practices to staff and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Training & Development.
  • Must be available to work during Pacific Time business hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
