What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert on Israeli employment law to ensure compliance across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with managers and employees to provide advice on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Independently manage employee relations cases, investigations, and grievances through to resolution.
• Coach managers on employment decisions to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
• Collaborate with global People and Legal teams to adapt HR policies and programs for the Israeli market.
• Manage employment documentation, HR administration, and employee records.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Israeli employment law and labour regulations.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases independently.
• Excellent understanding of HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a multinational or matrix organisation is desirable.
