TL;DR
Senior Analytics & Automation Engineer (AI): Developing data-driven, automated, and AI-powered solutions to scale business operations with an accent on AI agent production, workflow orchestration, and data engineering. Focus on building agentic workflows, designing dbt pipelines, and integrating LLMs into production environments.
Location: Hybrid. Must have a continuous work permit in Spain or Germany or be open to relocating to these countries. Must be able to commute to the Barcelona or Frankfurt office a couple of times a week.
Salary: €55,000 - €70,000

What you will do
- Partner with business teams to identify and scope high-impact transformation opportunities through AI and automation.
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions, including intelligent routing, workflow orchestration, and AI agents running in production.
- Map and analyze current business processes and data flows to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable workflows.
- Design and implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines using dbt.
- Package solutions according to DevOps standards using Docker and Kubernetes for seamless production deployment.
- Establish quality, performance, and safety monitoring for all LLM-powered production agents.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java, combined with advanced SQL.
- Proven experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt.
- Practical experience building and running agentic workflows and AI agents in production.
- Solid conceptual DevOps knowledge, specifically with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Continuous work permit in Spain or Germany is required; English proficiency is required.
