What you will do

• Lead the engineering, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI platforms.
• Design secure and scalable AI solutions and build integrations between enterprise systems.
• Establish governance standards to support responsible AI adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate with Security, Architecture, Legal, Privacy, Data, and Business teams to align AI strategy.
• Mentor engineers and establish technical standards for AI implementation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to the long-term AI roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Platform, Cloud, Systems, or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise AI, automation, or productivity platforms.
• Hands-on experience with at least two: Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Power Platform, or Workato.
• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles for secure enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in integrating enterprise applications using APIs and automation technologies.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI, or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, or agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, EU AI Act, ISO 27001, or DORA.
• German language skills.
