What you will do

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and solve complex business problems.
• Design and execute controlled experiments to validate GenAI-based solutions.
• Develop and evaluate LLM-based systems, including prompting and RAG architectures.
• Build fast, clean prototypes using Python to test research hypotheses.
• Recommend practical, scalable approaches based on rigorous error analysis and metrics.
• Communicate scientific results, trade-offs, and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in applied ML/AI roles.
• Strong ML fundamentals in experimentation design, evaluation, and error analysis.
• Proven expertise in applied research methodology and hypothesis-driven work.
• Strong Python coding skills for prototyping.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical GenAI solutions.
