What you will do

• Define scalable AI architectures and lead complex integration across data processing, traditional ML, and LLM methodologies.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and continuously optimize production ML pipelines and LLM models.
• Align AI technical innovation with business strategies and OKRs in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor AI team members, drive technical quality, and support documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Lead troubleshooting and complex problem-solving to ensure reliable ML systems and LLM deployments.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional AI experience with a track record of leading and deploying enterprise-scale AI systems.
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL, plus cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on production experience with ML frameworks, advanced LLM models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and performance optimization.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure as code experience (Terraform) and data governance practices.
• Experience with secure and robust AI deployments.
• Deep interest and experience in generative AI and LLM innovation.
