What you will do
- Serve as the primary IT contact for the Belgrade office, managing support requests via ticketing and communication tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Manage IT assets, including laptops, printers, and user accounts, while maintaining internal documentation.
- Install and configure operating systems and third-party applications like Microsoft 365.
- Maintain and support VMware vSphere ESXi 7 environments.
- Collaborate with the Senior Infrastructure Manager on hardware and service procurement.
Requirements
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of IT troubleshooting methodologies.
- English: Strong communication skills required.
- Location: Must be based in Belgrade (Hybrid).
- Ability to lift and handle equipment between 4–14 kg.
Nice to have
- Experience with asset management and IT procurement.
- Experience supporting VMware vSphere ESXi environments.
- Valid driver’s license.
