IT Helpdesk Technician (VMware)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary IT contact for the Belgrade office, managing support requests via ticketing and communication tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Manage IT assets, including laptops, printers, and user accounts, while maintaining internal documentation.
• Install and configure operating systems and third-party applications like Microsoft 365.
• Maintain and support VMware vSphere ESXi 7 environments.
• Collaborate with the Senior Infrastructure Manager on hardware and service procurement.

Requirements

• University degree, college diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of IT troubleshooting methodologies.
• English: Strong communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Belgrade (Hybrid).
• Ability to lift and handle equipment between 4–14 kg.

Nice to have

• Experience with asset management and IT procurement.
• Experience supporting VMware vSphere ESXi environments.
• Valid driver’s license.
