What you will do

• Conduct detailed financial analysis on privately held companies, including forecasting, valuation, and unit economics.
• Prepare and present investment committee memoranda and investment theses to internal committees.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior management at portfolio companies to coordinate analysis requests.
• Perform quarterly valuations and assess future capital needs for investments.
• Research and develop expertise in trends and business models within the infrastructure investing sector.
• Attend board meetings and evaluate potential exit opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Investment and Portfolio Management.
• Proficiency in GAAP accounting, asset valuation techniques, and equity structures (common and preferred).
• Experience presenting detailed investment analyses to internal committees.
• Ability to perform 10% domestic travel.
