What you will do

• Lead the full people lifecycle, including hiring, development, performance, and fostering psychological safety.
• Drive delivery across short-term sprints and long-term 12–18 month horizons.
• Own technical quality by championing strong engineering practices and code review standards.
• Act as the interface between the engineering team and the business to communicate progress and risk.
• Utilize DORA metrics to monitor and maintain team health.

Requirements

• Experience leading in an agile product environment or a strong senior engineer ready to move into management.
• Track record of developing engineers and building high-performing teams.
• Strong grounding in lean & agile (Scrum, Kanban), CI/CD, and modern software delivery.
• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.
• English: Fluency required.
• Location: Must be based in London.
