Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $128,000 - $210,000 per year (depending on level and location)

What you will do

• Lead small to large initiatives within your squad in partnership with Product and Design.
• Own multiple initiatives within a specific domain from inception to completion.
• Collaborate on technical vision while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and improve an observable, secure, and efficient codebase.
• Mentor other engineers in their career development and skill enhancement.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5-6+ years of full-stack experience building well-architected systems at scale.
• Track record of leading and delivering complex projects through incremental value delivery.
• Proficiency in modern backend system design or a strong eye for frontend user experience.
• Ability to work with Elixir, Postgres, GraphQL, React, TypeScript, and AWS (Elixir experience not required).
