Fullstack Senior Software Engineer (React, AWS)

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $145,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Design and build platform capabilities to deliver reliable, high-value features with a focus on safety and precision.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to create new features and improve existing ones using metrics-driven decision making.
• Own the full development lifecycle from design to production, monitoring system performance in live environments.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while participating in code reviews and debugging.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a track record of driving engineering standards.
• Experience building complex systems such as authentication, onboarding, or enablement features.
• Proficiency in writing automated tests (unit, integration, and/or end-to-end).
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, system integrations, and content management platforms.
• Startup or early-stage company experience, ideally as a founding engineer.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), AWS, and SQL/NoSQL (Postgres, Mongo, Timestream).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and React.
