Compensation: $223,000–$351,200 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class team of High Touch Customer Success Managers.
  • Define and operationalize enterprise transformation methodologies for AI adoption and workflow modernization.
  • Partner with customer executives to align initiatives with strategic business objectives and drive value realization.
  • Own key metrics including retention, adoption, expansion influence, and customer health.
  • Evolve the customer success strategy to meet the needs of AI-enabled enterprises.
  • Represent the voice of the customer at the executive level to influence product roadmap and company strategy.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or leading customer success in high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of building and leading large, diverse teams serving complex enterprise stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise as an AI adopter and champion, capable of guiding customers through AI and automation journeys.
  • Strong operational rigor and systems thinking to scale processes and measure success by customer outcomes.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leaders both internally and externally.
  • Must be based in the United States.
