What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers as their primary business point of contact.
- Develop and execute strategic Customer Success Plans to achieve mutual business objectives.
- Facilitate Executive Business Reviews to track progress and align on KPIs.
- Drive customer retention and identify expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Champion customer advocacy and improve Net Promoter Scores.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology-related fields, including consulting and enterprise account management.
- Proven track record of success within a SaaS organization.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology- or business-related field.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
