What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers as their primary business point of contact.
  • Develop and execute strategic Customer Success Plans to achieve mutual business objectives.
  • Facilitate Executive Business Reviews to track progress and align on KPIs.
  • Drive customer retention and identify expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Champion customer advocacy and improve Net Promoter Scores.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology-related fields, including consulting and enterprise account management.
  • Proven track record of success within a SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology- or business-related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CCaaS technology and platforms.
  • Prior knowledge of the hirify.global platform.
