TL;DR

Manager, Customer Success (AI): Leading the onboarding team and architecting post-sales engagement strategies for a high-growth SaaS platform with an accent on AI-powered workflows and data-driven retention. Focus on building scalable onboarding processes, optimizing customer health monitoring, and driving long-term product adoption.

Location: Must be commutable to NYC headquarters; in-office 3–4 days per week (required Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Onboarding Specialists focused on high-value accounts.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows for health monitoring, churn detection, and onboarding automation.
  • Own the post-sales engagement roadmap to drive sustained product adoption and expansion.
  • Define and track key performance indicators including Time-to-Value and Net Retention.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions from closed-won to active-user.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or relationship challenges.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Onboarding, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience building AI-powered workflows in a CS or onboarding context.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills using health scores and retention metrics.
  • Ability to lead teams through operational shifts and tool implementations.
  • Experience working closely with Sales in a high-growth revenue-focused environment.
  • Must be based in or commutable to New York City for in-office work.
