Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; full right to live and work in the Netherlands required

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and implement AI and Generative AI solutions for specific client business needs.
- Experiment with LLMs, RAG architectures, agent-based solutions, and modern AI technologies.
- Integrate AI models with data, APIs, vector databases, and existing technology landscapes.
- Design cloud-native solutions and robust data pipelines for AI and LLM applications.
- Contribute to AI architecture, quality assurance, evaluation, observability, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
- Advise clients, communicate technical concepts clearly, and share knowledge within multidisciplinary teams and the wider AI community.
Requirements
- Full right to live and work in the Netherlands; work permit sponsorship is not available.
- Production experience in AI, data science, or software engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C#, with experience writing production-grade software.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, agile delivery, cloud platforms, and end-to-end AI prototypes.
- Experience with vector databases, AI or agent frameworks, and integrating AI solutions with data and APIs.
- Relevant degree in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Front-end prototyping with React or similar technologies.
- Experience evaluating and monitoring AI solutions, including RAGAS or similar tools.
- Stakeholder management, storytelling, and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch.
