What you will do

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing development team for the CSPM product.
• Define development tasks, manage sprint planning, and ensure delivery against organizational goals.
• Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives across product, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Champion the transition to AI-native engineering workflows using Claude Code for rapid development and automation.
• Architect multitenant, cloud-native data processing microservices for high resiliency.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to balance individual career growth with team objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools like Claude Code or similar LLM-driven agents.
• Strong technical background in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in core languages such as Golang, Java, or .NET.

Nice to have

• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams at major cloud providers.
• Deep domain expertise in CNAPP (Cloud Native Application Protection Platforms).
