What you will do

• Lead Clinic Cloud Engineering for Spain with country-level ownership of what the team ships.
• Set engineering direction and define what quality looks like for the product.
• Partner closely with PMs and the Country Manager to align priorities, delivery, and outcomes.
• Own architecture and quality calls for core components being rebuilt from scratch.
• Build and grow a team that can make decisions without needing constant escalation.
• Drive product transformation while ensuring uptime and data integrity in a healthcare context.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading product-facing engineering teams with direct people management (hiring, performance, growth).
• Experience leading real product transformation (not only maintenance cycles).
• Strong technical background to own architecture and quality decisions pragmatically.
• Experience shipping in environments where uptime and data integrity have real consequences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in the Spanish market or working in Spanish is a strong plus.
