Senior Engineering Manager (Fullstack)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid model with a minimum of 60% office attendance over a 12-week period.

Salary: £120,000–£135,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering squads and Engineering Managers within the Customer Growth pillar.
• Coach managers and engineers, support career development, and build future leaders.
• Own end-to-end delivery across squads, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered to a high standard and on time.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Commercial teams to connect technical delivery with business outcomes.
• Guide technical direction and architecture across fullstack web, backend, and mobile squads.
• Drive engineering best practices, monitoring, alerting, incident management, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Strong track record of developing people, building high-performing teams, and growing future leaders.
• Ability to operate across multiple product domains and create a coherent technical strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Confidence leading through ambiguity and creating clarity in complex or uncertain situations.
• Ability to work from the London office at least 60% of the time over a 12-week period.
