TL;DR
Sr. Director, Revenue Operations (Revenue Cycle Management): Own end-to-end revenue cycle performance and value recognition for ’s CPS business with an accent on revenue conversion, billing integrity, and contract/SLA performance. Focus on designing scalable revenue cycle processes, governing revenue integrity and compliance (including HIPAA/CMS), and driving measurable improvements in AR days, denial rates, and net revenue realization.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end revenue cycle processes from service delivery through final payment collection.
- Lead revenue performance cadence with Finance and Operations; drive forecasting support and monitor KPIs (AR days, denial rates, clean claim rates, cash collections).
- Establish and govern revenue integrity programs, including audits and proactive controls to prevent underpayments, overbilling, and revenue leakage.
- Oversee invoicing workflows (generation, delivery, reconciliation, and dispute resolution) and evaluate technology to reduce manual errors.
- Own contract management for CPS segments, including SOW focus, centralized contract repository accuracy, and SLA compliance tracking/escalation.
- Partner with Growth/Sales, Client Success, and Finance on pricing strategy, deal sign-off support, and client value recognition reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive revenue cycle management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise across RCM, revenue integrity, contract management, and pricing.
- Deep knowledge of payment integrity and health plan operations.
- Proven track record improving AR days, denial rates, and net revenue realization.
- Strong financial acumen to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent).
- Relevant certifications (CHFP, CRCR, CPC).
- Background in SaaS, healthcare technology, or multi-site service organizations.
- Familiarity with health plan contracting and payment integrity KPIs/metrics.
