Senior Payroll & Benefits Analyst

Location: Hybrid position based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

What you will do

• Administer monthly payrolls across European locations, including Armenia, Ukraine, and Switzerland.
• Collect payroll data, coordinate submissions with the payroll provider, and ensure authorization before payment.
• Manage benefits enrollment, cancellations, orders, invoicing, and account maintenance.
• Act as the first point of contact for payroll and benefits queries.
• Track and report absences, medical leave declarations, and information requested by local authorities.
• Prepare annual payroll audits and issue employee pay certificates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of payroll and HR administration experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree level education.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Experience maintaining confidential, accurate, and audit-ready records.
• Intermediate Excel competency and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
