What you will do

• Serve as a liaison between Sales stakeholders and the BI team to support analytics requests.
• Gather and document business requirements to ensure accurate project delivery.
• Perform quality assurance and testing on dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to coordinate project execution.
• Assist with data collection, cleansing, and validation to identify trends.
• Document workflows and dashboard logic to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Newark, New Jersey.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of SQL or database querying concepts.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with digital marketing, healthcare, or customer analytics.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
