TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Greenville (SC), Mt Laurel (NJ), or Jacksonville (FL)

Salary: $22.50 - $29.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Provide professional customer service and identify sales opportunities to grow the business.
  • Manage a broad range of financial transactions, including account balances and dispute handling.
  • Guide customers toward digital banking and self-serve options.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively while adhering to bank policies.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of related experience in retail customer service, banking, or contact centers.
  • Ability to adhere to a flexible schedule, including weekends, overnights, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work onsite for training and meetings.
