Accountant (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Perform manual journal entries and maintain quality supporting documentation in accordance with internal controls.
• Prepare monthly high-quality reconciliations for general ledger accounts, including prepaid assets, cash, and accrued expenses.
• Coordinate with AP, FP&A, and Treasury teams to ensure a timely and accurate monthly close process.
• Prepare various financial statement schedules for monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Support internal and external auditors by providing necessary analysis and documentation.
• Document processes and identify inefficiencies to drive initiatives that enhance accounting function effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with month-end close processes and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be based in Minneapolis, MN for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Blackline.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and prepaid accounting analysis.
