What you will do

• Implement and execute strategic initiatives, including requirements gathering, project planning, and testing execution.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end duties, managing reporting for the Wealth Management transactional business.
• Prepare and record monthly general ledger entries for balance sheet and profit and loss (P&L) balances.
• Conduct daily revenue analysis by calculating estimates and reconciling them against system feeds.
• Collaborate with Controllers and AWM leadership to present divisional metrics and analysis.
• Manage general ledger tie-outs for various products and address ad-hoc reporting requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related financial analysis field.
• 3 years of experience in a Financial Accounting role.
• Proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and AICPA Accounting Guide.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, charts).
• Experience with PeopleSoft General Ledger reporting systems.
• Ability to handle confidential financial data and coordinate projects across multiple regions.
