TL;DR
Senior Producer (VFX): Managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and delivery for high-end VFX projects with an accent on production planning, bidding, resource coordination, and financial control. Focus on driving creative and technical conversations, solving delivery challenges, and maintaining clear communication between clients, production, supervision, and support departments.
Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom, or Paris, France. Office attendance is required at least 2 days per week in London or 3 days per week in Paris. Core hours are 10:00–17:30, Monday to Friday, with 40 contracted hours per week.

What you will do
- Manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, delivery strategy, and bidding methodology.
- Plan project resources and coordinate with supervision, department leads, crewing, finance, systems, pipeline, and facilities.
- Track budgets, spending, project status, financial reporting, production breakdowns, and scope changes from script through turnover.
- Lead and mentor the project production team while maintaining clear production and supervision responsibilities.
- Manage client and crew communication and ensure the client’s creative vision is delivered.
- Maintain the production database and monitor artist performance, productivity, attendance, and timekeeping.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a VFX Producer delivering high-end creative content.
- Experience budgeting, scheduling, executing, and delivering VFX projects with high-revenue budgets.
- Strong understanding of the VFX production process from concept to completion and familiarity with post-production pipelines, techniques, software, and new technology.
- Experience with VFX breakdowns, bidding templates or software, financial decision-making, and project management.
- Excellent client and crew management, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively toward shared production goals.
