Senior Producer (VFX): Managing the budget, schedule, and delivery of high-end creative content with an accent on project planning, resourcing, and client management. Location: Hybrid; must be based in and able to work from the office in either London (at least 2 days/week) or Paris (at least 3 days/week)

What you will do

• Manage overall project schedules and ensure delivery milestones are met.
• Develop delivery strategies and bid methodologies in partnership with the supervision team.
• Produce and manage high-revenue budgets, monitoring spend and providing detailed financial reports.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the project production team while establishing clear roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with clients to ensure their creative vision is achieved.
• Liaise with key support departments including finance, systems, pipeline, and facilities.

Requirements

• Previous production experience as a VFX Producer on high-end creative content.
• Proven ability to budget, schedule, and execute high-revenue VFX projects from concept to completion.
• Deep understanding of post-production pipelines, techniques, and software.
• First-class project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving and providing quick, accurate solutions under pressure.
• Must be based in or have the legal right to work in the UK or France to satisfy hybrid office requirements.
