Post Production Producer

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace with up to 40% of working time from home.

What you will do

• Coordinate creative post-production projects from photography handover through final asset delivery.
• Work with Shoot Producers to plan upcoming campaigns and transition projects into post-production.
• Manage briefs, timelines, milestones, feedback, amendments and approvals across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate Art Director and Creative team reviews, retouching progress and final creative sign-off.
• Manage print proofing sessions, feedback capture, approval cycles and final print sign-off.
• Build and maintain a network of freelance retouch partners and support supplier evaluation and onboarding.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating creative or post-production projects in a studio, agency or in-house creative environment.
• Strong understanding of photography, image retouching and creative production workflows.
• Excellent project coordination, organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, risks and delivery deadlines.
• Experience with project management and workflow tools.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in fashion, retail or e-commerce photography.
• Knowledge of Digital Asset Management systems.
• Experience working with external retouch partners or creative suppliers.
• Understanding of image production standards and colour management.
