Resident - Project Management (Creative Agency)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid schedule with 3-4 days on-site at the NYC office. Full-time hours are 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm ET.

What you will do

• Coordinate tasks, priorities, and deliverables with internal and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Schedule project meetings, including kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews.
• Assist with small statements of work and respond to client needs.
• Partner with account team members to support project health, on-time delivery, and brand health.
• Take clear meeting notes and align work with internal and client goals.
• Learn and operate effectively within a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Requirements

• Availability for a hybrid schedule with 3-4 days on-site in New York City.
• Commitment to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week during 9am-6pm ET, Monday-Friday.
• Calm, collected, and effective approach to problem solving.
• Collaborative, team-based working style.
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and under tight timelines.
