Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $175,000–$250,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Own full-cycle accounting, including payroll, tax filing, invoicing, and expense management via QuickBooks.
• Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated financial statements.
• Establish and monitor accounting policies, internal controls, and financial systems.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely tax compliance.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, receipts, and disbursements.
• Coach and mentor the accounting team while remaining hands-on with daily operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. as we are unable to sponsor work visas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Expert knowledge of US GAAP principles and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to implement and maintain Internal Control over Financial Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks (QBO preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience in growth-stage or late-stage startups.
• Background in eCommerce or marketplace business models.
