Global Process Architect (People Operations)

What you will do

• Map and document end-to-end People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire).
• Develop standardized process documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and RACI matrices.
• Create training materials and lead knowledge transfer sessions for Global People Operations teams.
• Monitor and evaluate process performance post-implementation to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with global People policies, data privacy, and compliance standards (GDPR).
• Collaborate with People Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Technology teams to gather requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR process improvement, HR operations, or Shared Services.
• Proven expertise in process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization.
• Strong knowledge of global HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support.
• Familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Must be based in Taguig, Philippines for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification.
• Experience working on HR transformation or system implementation projects.
