Integrated Program Technical Lead (Systems Engineering)

Location: Must be based in the US, within a 4-hour drive of a hirify.global site or regional hub (Buffalo, NY area).

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 Annually

What you will do

• Manage full program technical aspects including networking, sensor systems, and autonomous capabilities.
• Lead customer technical discussions and define requirements for future sensor onboarding.
• Provide technical guidance to program management regarding modernization impacts and project prioritization.
• Coordinate technical activities across cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and field service.
• Support business development by providing technical expertise for proposals and growth discussions.
• Communicate technical status, risks, and performance metrics to leadership and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Software, or Aerospace).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in technical roles.
• Proven experience aligning technical requirements with Department of War or military partners.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to airfields, logistic hubs, and customer locations.
• Must be located within a 4-hour drive of a hirify.global site or regional hub.
