Integrated Program Technical Lead (Systems Engineering): Leading, planning, and executing all program engineering activities for the Digital Airfield Solutions business with an accent on systems integration, cybersecurity, and technical requirements management. Focus on owning the program's technical scope, schedule, and risk while serving as the primary liaison for US Navy and foreign military airfield partners.
Location: Must be based in the US, within a 4-hour drive of a site or regional hub (Buffalo, NY area).
Salary: $120,000–$180,000 Annually

What you will do
- Manage full program technical aspects including networking, sensor systems, and autonomous capabilities.
- Lead customer technical discussions and define requirements for future sensor onboarding.
- Provide technical guidance to program management regarding modernization impacts and project prioritization.
- Coordinate technical activities across cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and field service.
- Support business development by providing technical expertise for proposals and growth discussions.
- Communicate technical status, risks, and performance metrics to leadership and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Software, or Aerospace).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in technical roles.
- Proven experience aligning technical requirements with Department of War or military partners.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to airfields, logistic hubs, and customer locations.
- Must be located within a 4-hour drive of a site or regional hub.

- Experience supporting audits, reviews, and customer program assessments.
