What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for supply incentives aligned with Rides group objectives and driver needs.
• Analyze supplier behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to shape incentive design.
• Design and run experiments with analytics partners to evaluate incentive effectiveness and drive product decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, data science, growth, operations, design) to take products from concept to launch.
• Prioritize features using driver needs, business economics, and data insights; track key metrics and iterate.
• Own supply economics expertise and oversee delivery of cross-functional initiatives, improving implementation across the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in marketplace, mobility, platform, or incentives-related domains.
• Strong analytical skills for building business cases and interpreting experiments; SQL/Python is a plus.
• Proven track record launching and scaling products, including 0→1 work in fast-paced tech environments.
• Ability to design systems balancing competing stakeholder needs (driver satisfaction vs. business economics).
• Exceptional communication skills to align engineers and senior leadership.
• Fluency in using AI tools as a productivity multiplier.
