TL;DR

Solution Architect (AI): Designing and overseeing the architecture of an enterprise-scale AI Knowledge Management platform with an accent on RAG systems, PII-safe data ingestion, and bidirectional integration with ticketing systems. Focus on ensuring compliance with EU data residency and GxP/GDPR standards while extending existing SAP and PostgreSQL infrastructure.

Location: Must be based in the Czech Republic (Remote/Hybrid options available).

What you will do

• Define and validate end-to-end solution architecture for an enterprise-scale AI platform.
• Lead Phase 0 technical decisions, including vector database selection and embedding stack validation.
• Design PII redaction, audit trails, and EU data residency configurations to meet GxP and GDPR requirements.
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems like NICE CXone and existing SAP/PostgreSQL infrastructure.
• Hold the technical scope line throughout delivery, ensuring alignment with project constraints and client objectives.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and risks to senior stakeholders including CTOs and Compliance Leads.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Czech Republic.
• 7+ years of experience in solution or cloud architecture roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure services including AI Search, Data Factory, and Cosmos DB.
• Strong experience with RAG architecture, vector databases, and multilingual embedding models.
• Proven ability to assess and extend existing legacy infrastructure rather than greenfield design.
• English: C1+ required for senior stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Cloud architecture certification (Microsoft Azure strongly preferred).
• Experience with GxP and GDPR compliance in healthcare IT.
