Principal Software Architect (SAP)

Principal Software Architect (SAP/AI): Designing and managing the technical architecture for the hirify.global and SAP integration with an accent on AI provisioning, metering, and the SolEx framework. Focus on building agentic AI capabilities, optimizing BTP deployment patterns, and ensuring operational integrity across multi-vendor system boundaries.

What you will do

• Own the reference architecture for AI expansion, agentic AI development, and operational flows connecting hirify.global to SAP's channel and billing models.
• Manage the full AI provisioning and metering flow, including Salesforce purchase capture, BTP subaccount creation, and AI Core deployment.
• Lead the SAP Joule ↔ hirify.global AI architecture, including skills, agents, tools, and grounding.
• Serve as the principal technical point of contact for SAP Partner Co-Innovation Management and SAP AI Engineering.
• Define and maintain technical documentation translating between SAP and hirify.global terminology.
• Shape SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) integration patterns for hirify.global quality capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years in platform integration architecture, bridging two enterprise software vendors or operating at a hyperscaler partner boundary.
• Working understanding of the SAP Solution Extension (SolEx) program and SAP BTP (global/subaccount hierarchy, AI Core, Integration Suite).
• Experience with provider-side metering and entitlement stacks (e.g., SAP Unified Metering, AWS Marketplace, Azure consumption metering).
• Hands-on experience with webhook implementation, mTLS authentication, Cloud Events, and strict JSON schema validation.
• Skills in Agentic AI development, including tool/skill interfaces and orchestration patterns.
• Strong, precise written English (C1) is required for complex cross-company communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP CBC, SAP for Me, SAP AI Core, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Joule.
• Technical knowledge of Tosca (ECT), NeoLoad (EPT), and LiveCompare (CIA).
• Experience with Salesforce as a system of record for enterprise purchase capture.
• Knowledge of EU data protection and AI regulations, including GDPR and the EU AI Act.
