TL;DR

Solutions Architect Graduate: Supporting the design of end-to-end technical solutions for customers with an accent on building architecture knowledge across the HPE portfolio. Focus on translating business requirements into scalable technical designs and collaborating with senior architects and sales teams.

Location: Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid role, 2 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Develop an understanding of customer technology environments to design aligned solutions.
• Build architecture and product knowledge through formal training and certifications.
• Contribute to end-to-end technical solution designs with senior architects.
• Assist in translating customer requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant designs.
• Provide technical input into proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Engage specialist technical resources to strengthen solution delivery.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2025 or 2026 (Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related).
• Fluent in English and Czech (verbal and written).
• Proven interest in sales and a passion for technology.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and conduct solution-focused discussions.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
