What you will do
- Lead end-to-end Paid Search strategy for Tier 1 clients.
- Own senior stakeholder relationships and lead key client meetings.
- Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps aligned with commercial goals.
- Drive cross-team collaboration with Data and Product specialists.
- Identify and implement process improvements across accounts.
Requirements
- Proven success managing complex Paid Search strategies across multiple sectors.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage scope and delivery.
- Experience leading and developing Account Managers or similar roles.
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to streamline processes and improve delivery consistency.
