What you will do

• Set up and operate all roll grinders, including making necessary adjustments and roll alignments.
• Perform bearing assemblies on all roll types to prepare for the grinding procedure.
• Execute minor machine repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Perform assigned preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Translate technical prints and instructions into finished quality roll products.
• Use measuring instruments to perform accurate checks and job functions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Neenah, WI
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous CNC experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments and taking accurate measurements.
• Ability to wear and use required safety equipment.
