TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid model with at least 12 in-office days per month).

What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend and frontend systems using TypeScript.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges and bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Collaborate on the product development roadmap.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance development speed and efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• University degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js, C++, Java, or other OO languages.
• Experience with major frontend frameworks and API design.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Good English communication skills.
