Senior Full-Stack Ruby Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications, backend services, APIs, and user-facing web interfaces.
• Develop backend systems with Ruby on Rails and responsive interfaces with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Improve performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across the application stack.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture and technical design.
• Improve development processes, system performance, and developer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills and extensive experience building complex web applications with React.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
• Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
