What you will do

• Build and scale a new product designed to help clinicians and study builders execute clinical trials.
• Develop scalable full-stack solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to create intuitive, user-friendly platform experiences.
• Implement data-driven design decisions based on end-user input and machine learning-driven insights.
• Drive architectural and technical decision-making for a high-load distributed system.
• Partner with the DevOps team to ensure infrastructure scalability, monitoring, and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong full-stack engineering background with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in at least one additional backend language, such as Python or Go.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes in cloud-based environments.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
• Must be located in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, or Brazil.
