What you will do

• Build next-generation marketplace systems utilizing AI search and AI onboarding funnels.
• Develop AI-native clinical workflows and deep PMS/EHR embeddings for medical professionals.
• Create smart connections between patient medical history and live health data.
• Work across the full stack to design, implement, and ship features that solve real user problems.
• Collaborate in small autonomous teams with high ownership and early production impact.
• Leverage AI-assisted development as a default workflow to increase engineering effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong foundations in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and complexity.
• Ability to build real software and work comfortably across the full stack.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mindset.
• High learning velocity and curiosity about user needs and problems.
• Must be based in Spain for remote work arrangements.
• AI-first engineering mindset with active experimentation in AI coding tools and agents.

Nice to have

• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a rigorous technical discipline.
• Competitive programming experience (e.g., ICPC, Google Code Jam, Codeforces).
• Evidence of building things through side projects, open-source contributions, or hackathons.
• Exposure to modern CI/CD, strong observability, and AI-assisted development practices.
