Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote or hybrid work model with offices in Barcelona or Warsaw

What you will do

• Build and scale next-generation marketplace systems and practice management software.
• Design AI-native clinical workflows and patient data integrations.
• Develop reliable, maintainable systems using an AI-assisted development workflow.
• Collaborate in small, autonomous cross-functional teams with end-to-end ownership.
• Solve complex engineering problems with a focus on simplicity and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong foundations in computer science, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to build and ship real software across the full stack.
• Builder mindset with a focus on ownership and problem-solving.
• High learning velocity and curiosity about user needs.
• Active interest in AI-first engineering and modern development tools.
• Must be able to work remotely or hybrid from Barcelona or Warsaw hubs.

Nice to have

• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Experience with competitive programming (ICPC, Codeforces, etc.).
• Evidence of side projects, open-source contributions, or shipped products.
• Exposure to modern engineering workflows including CI/CD and observability.
