TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build, negotiate, and maintain relationships with airline and online travel agency (OTA) partners.
  • Maximize revenue generation from existing partnerships and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Optimize search result content to improve partner visibility, competitiveness, and conversion.
  • Monitor partnership performance using Salesforce and BI tools to identify trends and risks.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support technical integrations and prioritize improvements.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to identify and close gaps in hirify.global's offering.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in commercial partnerships, account management, or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with effective prioritization.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior commercial stakeholders.
  • Requirement to work from the Cambridge, MA office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Background in the airline or travel industry.
  • Familiarity with metasearch, e-marketplace, or price comparison platforms.
  • Experience using CRM or reporting tools such as Salesforce or Looker.
  • Experience contributing to commercial reporting and business reviews.
