What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership.
- Translate operational realities and community needs into concrete service improvements and revenue opportunities.
- Analyze service performance data to deliver actionable recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and growth.
- Negotiate complex, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue.
- Advocate for partners internally, championing new products and capabilities to expand service scope.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role (consulting, customer success, or high-growth tech).
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to turn complex data sets into actionable recommendations.
- Experience building relationships and navigating politically sensitive, high-stakes situations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Must be located in Los Angeles
